Love

I have a poster on my wall that says, 'Everything we do is an act of love, or a cry for more. - Bryan Huddleson’.  That has always resonated with me.  Have you ever heard the saying, ‘Hurt people, hurt people’? Well, I say… Loved people, love people.  And I am grateful to be a source of God’s unconditional love.

Connection

Values ignite purpose and purpose is meaningless without others to share it with.   Connection to me is about relationships, relationship with God, oneself, others, the world.  Moving away from further divide and separation.  Investing time, energy and intention to connections that nourish.  

Empowerment

To me empowerment is achieved through honesty, authenticity, intention, presence, gentle strength, humble faith and ownership of oneself.  This includes thoughts, choices, actions.  Life doesn’t happento me.  Life happens through me.   As Gandhi said so beautifully and simply  “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”   

Wellness

I started to realize my subconscious was trying to communicate with me through messages of emotions, pain and dis-ease.  I began to connect within and listen.  What did I hear?  'With the same creator abilities used to form and grow, our bodies can heal themselves, given the right environments and support.’  Thus I began my wellness journey empowering myself, my body and my environment using plant-based tools to support my body to self-heal. 

Wellness to me is intentional support of all areas of well-being: health, physical, emotional, mental, nutritional, spiritual, financial, energetic, relationship and environmental.  Really taking ownership of one's wellness, being one's own best advocate and trusting that we have universal resources available to us. 

service

Service is my final value as the previous discussed values are crucial foundational pieces for service.  Ever hear the saying, ‘You can’t give from an empty cup?’.   It’s true.  I fill up my cup with love, connection, empowerment and wellness in order to give from a cup that runneth over.
